This year, we celebrate the 100th anniversary of these unforgettable events, a true landmark in both our natural and cultural history.

As we honour the legacy of the Kruger National Park’s Round in 9 train and its storied nights on the Selati Bridge, we invite you to channel your artistic energies into creating a unique masterpiece. You have the choice to draw inspiration from either the iconic Selati Bridge or the famous train carriages themselves. Whichever speaks to your artistic soul, let it guide your imagination and bring your vision to life.
Categories and How to Enter
We’ve carved out distinct categories to ensure that artists of all ages are given a fair platform to shine:
- Tinies (Aged 10 and Under)
- Tweens (Aged 10 – 13)
- Teens (Aged 14 – 17)
- Young Adults (Aged 18 – 21)
Entering the contest is as easy as letting your creativity flow:
1 Create: Craft a captivating piece of art that’s inspired by the Selati Bridge or the iconic train carriages. This can be in ANY medium you prefer: Painting, drawing, pottery, poetry, digital art or photography… whatever talent you have!
2 Capture: Take a snapshot or create a short video showcasing your masterpiece.
3 Submit: Send us your creation via email at info@krugerstation.com or drop it off at the Kruger Station in Skukuza.
